Mutual withdrawal into two hostile and opposing camps, of equal strength, neither inclined to give way to the other. A strong earthquake is very probable in the first half of this period.

Weather: hopeful signs of Spring are dissipated when temperatures drop and the cold returns. There is a nip in the air once again. Obviously, this prediction is dependent on latitude ... :-)
