Consensus. The meetings have been held and a decision has been reached and now that verdict is put into effect, whether for good or ill. The decision taken may be harsh, but it will have the weight of public opinion behind it and it shall carry the day. This decision might prove to be deeply transformative, fusing disjointed elements into something new and durable.The Fulfilment:
The fulfilments do not get written up until several days after the specified days have elapsed. It is important to look ahead to see what I am predicting shall happen but, once you have determined that I am an honest prophet, it is equally important to go *Back* in time to see what has been written and done before.
